(Cleveland) – Things seem to be going well at Cleveland’s casino.
Horseshoe Casino Cleveland will be hiring up to 200 part-time table games dealers and 30 full-time table games supervisors in the coming months to staff additional open table games.
In a news released, Horseshoe says it aims to enhance the guest experience by providing a larger number of open tables with a wider variety of minimum bets.
“We will put approximately 300 people through our interview process and those selected will need to commit to the Table Games Academy, a free training session that will last 4-6 weeks for dealers,” says the casino’s Shannon Mortland.
The length of the Academy will depend on factors such as the number of applicants and the amount of time it takes to teach the group seven table games, including Blackjack.
Supervisors will go through a 6 -8 week training period.
Those interested should apply at www.caesarscareers.com.
The Table Games Academy starts Aug. 19. And Mortland says casino industry experience is not necessary.
