(Tallmadge) Police say a man has been identified, but not charged in the murders of 31-year-old Wendy Ralston and her 5-year-old son. Their bodies were found in the woods near their home on August 10th.
The man identified in the case is Ralston's live-in boyfriend. Police say the man was brought in and questioned the day the bodies were found. The man provided a lot of information which has since been proven inaccurate by a forensics investigation.
The man is now considered a suspect by police. They hope to indict the suspect and arrest him when information from the case heads to the Summit County Grand Jury.
